National Future Day at Komax and Schleuniger

As in many companies throughout Switzerland, National Future Day took place yesterday at Komax in Dierikon and at Schleuniger in Thun. The motto of the event is “changing sides for girls and boys” and the aim is to encourage young people to explore professions and areas of work in which their gender is statistically underrepresented. The idea is to break down gender stereotypes in career choices and motivate young people to pursue their interests and talents independently of traditional role models.

Around 30 students within the Komax Group changed their perspective and gained insights into various apprenticeships. We from Komax Stories were present at the National Future Day at Komax and at Schleuniger and let you review the successful day here via a picture gallery.
