Final assembly (crimp to crimp) Alpha 530/550

We use two types of assembly at Komax, flow assembly and box assembly. The final assembly of the Alpha 530/550 machines takes place via flow assembly. The assembly line consists of 5 assembly stations and 9 test stations. The cycle time per assembly step is set at 1.5 hours with 2 employees per station. This results in a work content of 3 hours per station. At the end of assembly, the machine is tested for an average of 13 hours.
