India: Sagar Kulkarni wins the Man of Excellence Award 2024

Sagar Kulkarni, Managing Director of Komax Testing India since April 1, 2024, has won the Man of Excellence Award at this year's award ceremony. The award is presented by the Indian Achievers' Forum (IAF) and honors the outstanding achievements of professionals of Indian origin who contribute to the country's global reputation through their professional or personal success.

Sagar Kulkarni joined Komax Testing India as Director Operations in August 2023. He holds a degree in electronics engineering and has pursued further training in international business management. Sagar Kulkarni has extensive management experience, having worked at various European companies in India, including Rinder, Bühler, EFTEC, and Formel D, as managing director or in other management roles for more than 28 years. He is a certified leadership coach and has been awarded an honorary doctorate in business management by the Associated Chambers of Commerce & Industry of India.

In the past, Sagar Kulkarni has not only helped European companies to establish themselves in India, he has also trained many managers along the way. “Today, there are many legendary leaders in the industry who are writing great success stories and were trained by him,” writes the IAF about Sagar Kulkarni. “Dr. Sagar Kulkarni's major forte lies in settling foreign ventures in India and making them successful, and thus generating employment and foreign exchange for the country. He is also a successful entrepreneur who founded an engineering services company in 2020 that quickly became a global brand, employing 250 people and already serving more than 150 established automotive brands around the world.” Sagar Kulkarni is not only a charismatic leader, but also a poet, fitness enthusiast, motorcyclist and blog author. In addition, he is currently writing two books, the first of which will be published soon.
