Alpha 550 G2​ with Adaptive Incision Control (AIC)​

Learn how the AIC Adaptive Incision Control system helps you avoid scrap and damaged strands by eliminating operator influence through automatic regulation of blade incision. Our new AIC capability enables fast, autonomous and automatic stripping setup. Optimal results are still achieved, even if incorrect incision parameters are entered in the machine. This system ensures that the incision depth is always close to the strands, resulting in the best possible stripping performance. The new system will be shown on the Alpha 550 G2 machine.

This advanced system allows seamless switching between different lines and is particularly suitable for processing custom applications with various end treatments (compacting, assembly, crimping, etc.). Introducing the Omega 750 S, a fully-automatic blockloading machine. Two insertion heads reach best-in-class speed grade of 1.1 seconds per insertion! Readily available for wires ≥200mm. Key features include a versatile wire selector for up to 36 different wires, up to 10 process stations, visual crimp inspection, and three pairs of blades with optional ACD incision monitoring. The untwisting module removes wire tangle, the integrated wire storage enhances production efficiency.
