The Komax Connect performance and analysis dashboard provides process and status data in real time for all networked Komax machines at different locations. This innovative IoT solution logs, analyses and visualizes all data relating to quality, performance and machine availability, so that:
- Production batches are fully traceable
- Quality data is monitored and, if necessary, adjusted from a central location
- Problem areas and their causes can be easily identified and permanently rectified
The combination of current and extensive historical production data enables straightforward machine analyses in order to systematically impact production:
- Simple, automatic detection of anomalies and abnormalities
- Schedule condition-based maintenance
- Performance comparison of several locations or machines in real time

The combination of the open communication standards such as OPC UA und MQTT with the Komax network software MIKO / WPCS allows Komax Connect to manage and analyze all machine data across different manufacturers via a common user interface.
Smart services for virtual ad hoc on-site support
Sometimes even an operator qualified and certified by the Komax Academy cannot succeed without the manufacturer’s expertise in optimizing a process or rectifying a malfunction.
In addition to traditional services, audiovisual remote support will be offered in urgent cases in the future. When the system operator connects to Komax support via data goggles (e.g., Microsoft HoloLens) or the mobile remote service app, the dual control principle will enable prompt diagnosis and troubleshooting through video transmission as well as direct access to the machine – regardless of location and language.
The interactive communication options of the applications will offer the possibility of passing on helpful information and instructions directly to the operator.
