Wire Processing Center (WPC)

The WPC is an integrated solution for preparing individual wires in the cross-sectional range of 0.5 mm² to 2.5 mm². The WPC processes all orders step-by-step from EPLAN or another CAE system. The inserted wire is sequentially cut to length using the Z+F EVOFEED® multiple feeder. Markers are printed and the correct ferrule is crimped with the universal crimping machine UNIC-GV. The thermal transfer printer (THM-MMP) is suitable for all markers and labels of the MultiMark family, as well as for continuous material, fabric and polyester labels, shrink tubes, or PLC labels.
