You often produce several articles with the same components, but with different lengths. In the machine dashboard, you can easily retrieve previously produced articles from a continuously updated list, adapt them and add them to the list as a new job.

The Machine usage dashboard function presents several pieces of information that are helpful for creating invoices and calculations: it informs you about the duration of productive operation and the ratio to the total operating time – for all shifts in a day and for the last 30 days.

Results of quality checks for your production report

The Verification function provides you with the detailed results of the quality checks. This makes it easy to include them in the production report.

Is there still sufficient material for the next job? 

You need no longer ask yourself this question, even if you work without an MES. Because the Material consumption section clearly lists the material used, it is easy to calculate the remaining material. This also facilitates your invoicing and final post-calculation.

Faster onboarding of new employees

The guided operation in Komax HMI ensures that the operator must consistently adhere to the specified processes. This may not be so important for the most experienced operators. But new employees can be trained much faster than with the previous TopWin software.
