The CARE Maintain service includes a customized maintenance schedule, covering maintenance (labor, original parts, SW-Updates), calibration, condition report and machine backup service with a 2-month warranty on all service procedures.
The CARE Maintain ensures your output quality and performance throughout an attractive maintenance service package. It covers professional equipment maintenance, calibration of quality tools, software updates, and replacement of original wear parts. A comprehensive condition report provides a clear understanding of the current status, future investment needs, and potential improvement opportunities of your equipment. All procedures come with a 2-month warranty and a proper machine backup is carried out at the end of each maintenance procedure. If included in the agreement, travel expenses and/or shipping costs for professional maintenance are included. According to local availability, we also offer loaner equipment for shipped items if needed.Continuous maintenance results in reduced unplanned downtime, high production rates, and sustained top-quality production.
