By focusing on the Komax brand, the intention is to clarify what Komax has been offering its customers for years: A comprehensive range of solutions and services along the entire value chain from one single source.

Brand focus

Numerous acquisitions over recent years has helped the Komax Group develop into a provider of solutions and services along the entire value chain. The Group is represented in the market with seven brands – Komax, Artos, Exmore, Kabatec, Laselec, Thonauer and TSK. The companies and innovative products behind these brands have moved ever closer together in recent years and complement each other perfectly. To ensure that this is more transparent, the Komax Group will in future focus on the strong, globally established Komax brand.

There is a fluent transition from one product to another and the solutions and services of the various Komax companies are increasingly intertwined. This is one of Komax’s strengths, as it allows us to offer our customers everything from one single source. The new brand strategy contributes to this strength and the credo of “one voice to the customer”.

The new brand strategy is also visible in the Group's image. On the one hand, from October 2022, only the Komax brand will continue to exist from the previous seven brands, and on the other hand, Komax will launch a new digital presence. For example, digital services will be offered in new formats on a new online platform. This makes the Komax brand significantly more visible in online communication and ensures an even better customer experience.

The new brand strategy has no influence on the organizational structure of the Komax Group. All 40 companies worldwide, with over 2,100 employees, will be retained and meet the needs of their customers with their tried-and-tested products and services.
