The Komax Direct App is another strategic milestone in Komax’s digital transformation. It brings digital services and digital products even closer to the user and increases the simplicity of interactions in the customer experience.

With the Komax Direct app, you have mobile access to all information about our products, services and digital services at any time with your smartphone or tablet.

With the newly implemented download center, you can download all documents from Komax Direct for offline use. These are stored securely on your device and can be opened without a network connection. With the download center, you have all the documents you need in one place, so you can access them even faster when you need them.

The Komax Direct self-service e-commerce platform provides you with the latest information on our products, services and digital services around the clock, worldwide. Whether you’re an operator, machine setter, maintenance technician, purchaser or manager: in the main areas of Products, Scout, E-Commerce, Parts, Service, Support and Komax Academy, all users will find the latest information and functions for their daily work in an uncomplicated way and at any time – clearly structured and adapted to regions and markets. The My Account area or self-defined favorites offer particularly fast access to frequently used, relevant information.

Komax Direct can be integrated into the user’s existing processes in an individualized way. Thanks to the self-service functions, delays due to email and phone calls are eliminated.

Intelligent spare parts management with part lists and electronic spare parts catalog

Everything is designed to minimize the downtime of your machines. Key factors here are high availability and the rapid procurement of spare and wear parts. Which parts are relevant for your machine? How do you find them? How long will Komax continue to guarantee availability for your machines? All this continuously updated information can be found at any time and in one place in the respective product dashboard.

Thanks to the digital services on Komax Direct, your search will soon be at an end. You can choose between product-specific parts lists (spare parts, wear parts, maintenance parts or recommended stock parts) and the interactive electronic 2D spare parts catalog.

This includes all our current products and options. This allows you to quickly and easily digitally identify the spare parts you need for your product. If you still need a printout of the catalog, you can generate it for the entire product or individual components "on the fly" at any time.

If the spare part you require is no longer available, Komax Direct will automatically refer you to an alternative or successor part.

Use our Recommended stock parts list. This generates a product-specific compilation of spare and wear parts that you should always keep in stock in order to minimize machine downtimes.

Komax Academy – digital training with interactive knowledge transfer

The Komax Academy offers our network and our customers fast, targeted and straightforward training for employees in the form of certified Komax On.Site and Komax On.Line training courses.

The web-based Komax On.Line training courses are available any time, anywhere. Select your specific Komax On.Line training course from our extensive range. Are you looking for basic training in wire processing? Or specific product, process or quality modules or software? Currently there are more than 150 courses in the training languages German, English, French, Chinese and more – individually or as packages tailored to your product. And more are being added all the time. Whether on a PC or mobile device: you decide when, where and how you complete your training. Upon successful completion, you will receive a certificate from the Komax Academy confirming the knowledge you have gained.

You can easily manage the Komax On.Line Training licenses of your employees and check their progress at any time. This allows you to keep track of the training status of your employees at all times.
