An ever-expanding training range 

The Komax Academy offers On.Line Training in the following Komax, TSK and Kabatec areas: fundamentals of wire processing, cutting and stripping units, crimp to crimp machines, machines for producing wire harnesses, process modules, software and networking, labeling, quality tools, and bundling and taping machines.

On the one hand, the training provides valuable expertise for employees without previous knowledge, and on the other hand it is also suitable for refreshing or expanding on existing knowledge. We currently offer over 100 training courses in English, German, Chinese, Spanish and French. We are constantly expanding this. If required, we can also offer you other languages. 

On.Line Training: pooled skills from Komax

We develop our On.Line Training in close cooperation with our trainers, technicians and e-learning specialists. It is based on our long-standing experience with in-house training courses. For many years, we have been using training to ensure uniform knowledge about products, occupational safety and work processes across the entire workforce. You as a customer can rest assured that each training course corresponds to the current state of the art and the latest findings from interactive knowledge transfer.

All our training units are similarly structured: introduction and explanation of the machine, proper operation and maintenance, troubleshooting, tips and tricks, and a test with certificate from the Komax Academy. As we use a consistently identical structure, participants can immediately find their way around each module and can access it online around the clock via a web browser on a PC or tablet. 

Individual learning with control

The interactive concept adapts to the learning pace of the participants. With a click of the mouse, they can view more detailed content and go back to the lesson to repeat the steps. In the exercises, they get continuous feedback about their input. If they already have previous knowledge, they can skip content. All of this creates the optimal conditions for bringing learners with different prerequisites to the same level and preparing them for their work assignment faster.

Our On.Line Training gives participants and their employers a concrete picture of their learning progress and current state of knowledge. By having this understanding, further learning steps and the entire development process can be planned and managed for each individual employee. A final test with a personalized certificate confirms the participant’s qualification for a specific task. 

Individual training or plant license: the choice is yours

You can book each training session individually. This gives you personal access to each training unit for each employee, valid for 12 or 24 months. In this period, the employee can repeat the course or use it as documentation or instructions as often as desired. 

With the newly introduced plant license, you can choose up to five Komax On.Line Training sessions for your plant, and they will be available to you for 12 months. The training administrator you appoint will have access to them, allocating them to plant personnel at their discretion and defining who takes how many and which training sessions, and when. 

With the plant license, you can determine the training scope with complete independence and have full transparency about the training progress and results of your staff. Of course, you can extend a license at any time with new training and additional plants.
