The CARE Upskill service offers an annual on-site evaluation of your staff’s educational status, ensuring alignment with new technology or production changes and potential areas for optimization.
With the CARE Upskill service, our experts annually assess your needs regarding the skill levels of your operating personnel, considering the latest technology, equipment mix, and required education and qualifications. Our experts provide advice on education and training for your staff to minimize unplanned downtime and improve quality and productivity (OEE).We make training your personnel easy with an annual assessment and tailored education to their skill levels. The service agreement includes 24/7 access to an online education platform with continuous progress tracking. Upon completing the training, participants receive a certificate. Recertification is recommended every two years and is managed within the service agreement.

- We understand that the education and efficiency of skilled labor have a significant impact on OEE. We create, in accordance with your requirements, a skill and education matrix to provide a comprehensive action plan.
- Time-consuming and resource-intensive training is a thing of the past. Our online Learning Management System (LMS) is available 24/7, and progress can be tracked individually and independently.
- Upon completion of the training, participants receive a certificate, which can be renewed every two years to ensure a high level of education and transparent skill status.
